Nicholas F. Talvacchia, a partner with Cooper Levenson April Niedelman Wagenheim, P.A., concentrates his practice on land use and zoning, real estate development, real estate transactions and environmental law. He has extensive experience in the approval, financing and construction of residential and commercial development projects throughout New Jersey. Mr. Talvacchia has obtained development approvals for large-scale casino hotel projects in Atlantic City. He has also represented national companies in obtaining development approvals for residential, retail, restaurant and telecommunications projects throughout New Jersey. Mr. Talvacchia also represents many local developers and individuals in obtaining land use approvals for both residential and commercial projects. He is a co-author of “Atlantic City Is Not Just for Gambling,” New Jersey Law Journal, November 5, 2001; and “Regulating Cell Towers,” New Jersey Law Journal, July 9, 2001. Mr. Talvacchia also is an adjunct instructor at Rutgers University-Camden. He earned B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Rutgers University and a J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden. Mr. Talvacchia is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Atlantic County Bar Association.

Nicholas T. Menas joined Cooper Levenson April Niedelman Wagenheim, P.A., as an associate in 2004 and became a partner in 2007. Mr. Menas concentrates his practice in real estate law. His professional background includes several years of experience representing commercial and residential clients before various planning and zoning boards, and negotiating complex real estate transactions, leases and agreements. Mr. Menas’ client list includes lenders, developers, landlords, tenants and government agencies. He has served as the solicitor for numerous municipal zoning and planning boards. Mr. Menas has successfully secured numerous subdivisions, site plans, general development plans, planned unit developments and telecommunications approvals on behalf of the firm’s clients. He also focuses on affordable housing compliance under the Mount Laurel doctrine, the federal Fair Housing Act, the New Jersey Fair Housing Act and the regulations promulgated by the New Jersey Council of Affordable Housing. Mr. Menas earned a B.A. degree from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, a J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law and an LL.M. degree in taxation from Villanova University School of Law.
