Menas is a Board Member of the Richard Stockton College’s Scholarship and Benefit Gala Committees, and serves on the Atlantic Cape Community College (ACCC) Foundation Board. He is a Board Member of ACCC’s Scholarship Benefit Committee and of the College’s Policies and Procedures Committee. Menas holds degrees from Stockton College, Widener University, and Villanova (LL.M. Taxation).
