Deal, Joseph D.
Partner Joseph Deal is based in our Cherry Hill office in Camden County. From this office, our law firm services its carrier-clients and their assureds in the counties of Middlesex, Mercer, Monmouth, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Salem. As he is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania, Joe also represents insurance companies in the four Pennsylvania counties of Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery and Delaware, appearing in all state courts and federal courts in Trenton, New Jersey, Camden, New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
His practice concentrates on the defense of Liquor Liability, Construction Site Accidents, Premises Liability, Legal Malpractice, as well as Product Liability.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University (B.S. 1983) and Widener University School of Law (J.D. 1986), he was admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1986, the United States Army Court of Military Review in 1987, the United States District Courts of New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania in 1989, and the United States District Court of Western Pennsylvania in 1991. He is a member of the Camden County, Gloucester County, Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
