Kaplan, Rona Z.
Partner, Rona Kaplan, with over 20 years in practice, has significant experience in a wide array of litigation matters. From broken contract cases to contractual disputes and employment law-related issues, Rona works on a daily basis with her clients to help address the questions and concerns that arise in the day-to-day operations of business to help avoid litigation. She deals with a variety of businesses, including hospitals, casinos, physicians, local municipalities, boards of education, and not-for-profit groups. Rona’s practice areas include:

Rona also works with the firm's Attorney Discipline & Ethics practice group, defending lawyers who face ethics grievances. Rona is a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. She serves as a mentor in the Champion of Youth Program of the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City and was honored as Mentor of the Year in 2008. Rona serves on the Executive Board of the Holocaust Research Center of Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, is a member of the Community Affairs Program Advisory Committee at Atlantic Cape May Community College, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Shalom House.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University (B.A.), Yeshiva University (M.S.), and Temple University (J.D.), she is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, United States District Court, Districts of Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court.
Previously a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District Ethics Committee, Rona is a current member of the Atlantic County Bar Association and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
