Diana Caiafa joined the firm as an associate in 2002 after serving a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Diane B. Cohen, Presiding Judge of Family Part in New Jersey Superior Court in Bridgeton.  She works with the firm’s Education Law practice group in Atlantic City and concentrates on school board and education law matters of every type.

Diana focuses her work on representing school districts in litigation matters in the New Jersey Superior Court and the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey. She helps coordinate document-intensive complex cases from pre-trial up and through jury verdicts and appeals.

A graduate of Richard Stockton College (B.A.1995) and Widener University School of Law (J.D., 2001), she also attended the Paralegal Studies program at Atlantic Community College in 1996 and 1997.  She was admitted to the bar in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2002.  She is also a member of the Vincent S. Haneman Inn of Court.
