Rona Kaplan is a Partner at Cooper Levenson, based in the Atlantic City office. She is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group and also works with the firm’s Attorney Discipline & Ethics Practice Group, defending attorneys facing ethics grievances. Rona is a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.
She has extensive experience handling a broad range of litigation matters, including breach of contract disputes, employment law issues, and other complex commercial conflicts.
Rona works with her clients to address the questions and concerns that arise in daily business operations that could lead to litigation.
Her client list includes a variety of businesses: hospitals, casinos, physicians, local municipalities, boards of education, and not-for-profit groups.

Rona is a member of the Atlantic County Bar Association and previously was a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District Ethics Committee.
