Steven is an Associate at Cooper Levenson and a member of the firm’s Tax and Business Law Practice Groups, based in the Atlantic City and Cherry Hill offices. He advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of matters, including business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, business formation, and estate planning and administration. Steven also has experience in commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.
Steven began his career with Cooper Levenson as a summer associate in 2019 and 2020, assisting multiple practice groups including Tax and Business Law, Estate Planning, Appellate, Casino Defense, and Employment. Prior to joining the firm full-time, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Karen L. Suter, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey – Appellate Division, and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Jeffrey J. Waldman, J.S.C.
Steven is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business and Technical Writing. He also graduated from Rutgers Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review from May 2019 to May 2020 and as Staff Editor from August 2018 to May 2019.
He served as Rutgers University Law Review Executive Editor May 2019 – May 2020 and Rutgers University Law Review Staff Editor August 2018 – May 2019.
