Jo-Anna Daly is an attorney in the Education Law Practice Group, based in the firm’s Atlantic City office.
Jo-Anna comes to the firm from the Criminal Division of the Office of Public Advocacy in Anchorage, Alaska, where she served since 2022, most recently as the Assistant Public Advocate. Prior to that, Jo-Anna was the Assistant Public Defender in the Public Defender Agency, also in Anchorage.
Jo-Anna served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Children’s Justice Clinic at Rutgers Law in Camden and as an Extern in the Major Trial Unit of the Defender Association of Philadelphia. She was a Judicial Extern for the Prisoner Litigation Office in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Trenton. Jo-Anna also served as a Legal Intern for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
Jo-Anna served as a Big Sister for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program in Camden, as the Fundraising Chair for the 2019 Liberty and Justice: Moving from Some to All Conference at Drexel Law, and as a Legal Volunteer for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
