Cooper Levenson has been selected to serve as legal counsel for the redevelopment of Bader Field in Atlantic City, New Jersey, one of the most significant redevelopment initiatives in the city in decades.
The firm will support DEEM Enterprises as it advances a long-term, comprehensive redevelopment plan for the former municipal airport site. Cooper Levenson brings extensive experience in land use, redevelopment, and public-private partnerships across New Jersey.
