Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada, September 29, 2015
The newest casino gaming options, from sports betting to fantasy sports leagues, will be the topic of a panel discussion featuring Lloyd D. Levenson, CEO and founding partner of Cooper Levenson at the 15th annual Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas, Nev., on Tuesday, September 29, 2015. Cooper Levenson Partner Lynne Levin Kaufman also will be a featured speaker at the conference, presenting on Women in Gaming on Monday, September 28, 2015. The G2E will be held September 29 to October 1 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center, 201 Sands Ave., Las Vegas, Nev.
Levenson will moderate and participate in the presentation, “Blurring the Lines: Lotto, Sports Betting, iGaming, Social and Fantasy Join Casinos,” scheduled for 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 29. The session will address why new kinds of gaming are coming together under one roof at the manufacturing level and the operator umbrella, and how they will be consolidated to benefit the entire industry. The presenters will discuss whether social gamers are real gamblers, how gaming vendors serve operators, and the role of tablets and smart phones in gaming.
Kaufman will present as part of “Women in Gaming: State of the Industry Panel,” scheduled for 10:15-11:15 a.m. on Sept. 28. At this session, attendees will learn how women leaders have smashed through the glass ceiling, and how to make their next career move. The Global Gaming Women (GGW) mentoring process, and options for gaming education will be discussed in that context.
The G2E is an international gaming conference that brings together global leaders for conversations about the state of gaming. Described as “an event by the industry for the industry,” the conference will cover topics such security and surveillance, tribal gaming, compliance and regulations, technology, and more. G2E’s show floor will showcase more than 400 exhibitors. For more information, or to register, visit http://www.globalgamingexpo.com.
