Cooper Levenson attorneys Fredric Shenkman, Delia Clark, and Justin Santagata will participate in the “Wills for Heroes” event organized by the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, in partnership with the Wills for Heroes Foundation, on November 22, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Harrah’s Waterfront Conference Center in Atlantic City.

The Wills for Heroes program provides free estate planning services to first responders, ensuring that those who protect and serve the public have access to essential legal documents. The November 22 event will coincide with the National Conference on EMS, offering estate planning assistance to EMS providers attending the conference.

“We’re proud to have our attorneys contribute their time and expertise to this meaningful initiative,” said Kenneth J. Calemmo, Jr., Chief Operating Officer at Cooper Levenson. “Supporting first responders through pro bono work is one way we can give back to those who dedicate their lives to the safety and well-being of our communities.”
