Hailed for professional excellence and philanthropic efforts, Amy E. Rudley is among those chosen by Jersey Man Magazine to be honored at the 4th annual “Unmasking the Legacy” on Nov. 8, 2018. The event is a masquerade-themed celebration and will be held from 6 -10 p.m. at the Ballroom at the Ben, 834 Chestnut Street, Phila., Pa.
“Amy consistently holds herself to the highest professional standards and is committed to the community,” said Kenneth J. Calemmo, Jr., Chief Operating Officer, Cooper Levenson. “This award represents both her personal ethics and her extensive community work.”
Rudley, a partner of Cooper Levenson, Attorneys at Law, focuses on the areas of employment law, hospitality & casino law, and defense litigation. Additionally, Rudley guides clients through the drafting of handbooks and day-to-day employment practices and decisions. Rudley also conducts employment seminars, sessions and trainings, as well as investigations into workplace allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.
Rudley was named to the New Jersey Rising Star Super Lawyer list in the area of Employment Law each year from 2013 to the present. She was a recipient of the 2011 Top 40 Under 40 by Atlantic City Weekly and the Greater Atlantic City Jaycees. Rudley is a Borough of Pitman, N.J. Councilperson, and a Board Member of the Pitman Education Foundation. She is a volunteer member of the Metropolitan Business and Citizens Association Scholarship Committee, and a member of the Marketing/Membership Committee of the Southern New Jersey Development Council.
Event proceeds will benefit area charities. Rudley has named the Claddagh Fund as her charitable recipient. The Claddagh Fund is the charitable foundation of the Dropkick Murphys, founded in 2009 by band front man, Ken Casey. The Claddagh Fund honors the three attributes of the Claddagh Ring: Friendship, Love and Loyalty.
