As a litigator, Lichtenstein regularly appears in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and before various agencies that address employment related matters. Before joining Cooper Levenson in 1983, Lichtenstein served with distinction as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.
He is active in many civic and charitable organizations and formerly served as the President of the Jersey Shore Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Lichtenstein resides with his family in the Beesley’s Point section of Upper Township.
