Alyson M. Tomljenovic

As an associate in the Casino & Hospitality Defense Practice Group, Alyson Tomljenovic handles a myriad of matters from personal injury defense to employment.
Alyson’s experience includes cases that address the New Jersey Law against Discrimination, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. She also handles other employment related issues.
Before joining the firm, Alyson was a litigation associate, practicing insurance defense in the areas of construction defects, products liability, environmental law and personal injury. Additionally, she clerked in the Appellate Division for the Honorable Francine I. Axelrad, J.A.D and externed for the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, J.A.D. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part in Mercer County.
Alyson is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is a member of the Rutgers Alumni Association.
Alyson earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University in 1997 and received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 2005. She is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
