Jerry S. Busby, a partner in the firm, is based in the Las Vegas office. He has been practicing for more than thirty-eight years and concentrates his practice in civil litigation matters in State and Federal Court. Jerry has successfully tried numerous jury trials to verdict.
The majority of his litigation experience has been in the field of general defense of civil personal injury cases. He specializes in defending premises liability cases, which includes cases arising out of falls, inadequate security, sale of defective products, pharmacy errors, wrongful arrest and all types of incident resulting in personal injury.
Experience
Jerry began his legal career defending civil personal injury cases. He tried his first civil case in 1985 for a grocery store and continues to defend that same client in personal injury cases. He has tried approximately 100 civil cases to verdict with trials in both State and Federal Court.
Jerry has been retained as an expert witness for the defense of civil litigation.
He also speaks Spanish.
Education
Jerry graduated with Honors from Brigham Young University, with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University.

Jerry is a member of the Nevada State Bar and the Arizona State Bar (inactive status), and is currently licensed to practice in all Courts, State and Federal, in the State of Nevada.
