A partner with Cooper Levenson and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Ken Wolfe concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leasing, casino, condominium and land development, and real estate and asset based financing, including CMBS and syndicated loans.

Practice Highlights

His work has encompassed virtually every aspect of real estate and land use law, including acquisitions and sales, contracts and contract disputes, commercial development, zoning and land use, administrative issues, and drafting and enforcing land use ordinances. He has represented a large number of clients in real estate development transactions, from the most basic to extremely complex redevelopments, casino developments, timeshare, high-rise structures and major subdivisions. Ken represents a number of lending institutions as well as borrowers in a wide array of financing facilities.

Ken brings with him a clear understanding of the municipal side of the business. Previously, he served as the planning board solicitor in Hamilton Township, New Jersey.

He also was a member of the District I Ethics Committee for 4 years. He served on the District I Fee Arbitration Committee for 4 years, chairing the committee in the last year of his term.

Community

Outside of the office, Ken has served several charities. Ken served as Board Chairman of Gilda’s Club South Jersey, a non-profit organization that offers support, as a supplement to medical treatment, for those afflicted by cancer, as well as their families, in a warm and welcoming home-like setting . The program is free of charge to all members and open to everyone touched by cancer. 100% of every dollar donated supports the Clubhouse and its members. Before Gilda’s, Ken served as Board Chair of United Way of Atlantic County for two years, and was on its Board for twelve years.

Education

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., magna cum laude) and Temple University (J.D.), Ken was admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Atlantic County, New Jersey State and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
