Profile
As Chairperson of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group, Kenneth J. Sylvester brings more than four decades of courtroom experience, most of which is in workers’ compensation.
He is admitted to practice in the Superior Court of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United State Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Experience
Ken has successfully litigated on behalf of large corporations with household names.
Ken is committed to personal service, and his clients always come first.
He also understands the sensitive balance between aggressive file handling and cost containment, and keeps clients apprised throughout the process.
Additionally, he offers regular seminars to both the insured and carriers to educate parties on statutory changes and new case developments.
Education
A graduate of Rutgers University (B.A.) and Temple University School of Law (J.D.), Ken was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey in 1982.
