Kumar, Pooja

Pooja Kumar is Of Counsel to the firm. She is based in our Las Vegas office.

Pooja earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in Biological Science (Integrative and Organismal) and her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in Albany, New York.

Pooja is admitted to practice in Nevada.

Experience

Pooja has significant experience in litigating cases on both the plaintiffs’ and defendants’ sides. Her background includes serving in a plaintiffs’ personal injury firm as well as in an insurance defense practice, where she handled matters including premises liability, construction defect, personal injury, and general negligence.

Awards

Pooja was named to the Nevada Super Lawyers Rising Star list in 2022.
