Frank P. Menaquale Jr., a partner in Cooper Levenson, P.A., is a member of the firm’s Defense Litigation practice group. Frank defends companies and individuals in complex civil litigation matters in the Federal and State Courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He practices in the areas of General Litigation, Automobile Negligence, Premises Liability, Products Liability, N.J. Title 59 Claims, Construction Defects, Insurance Law, New Jersey Right to Farm Act, Property Damage, Professional Negligence, Real Estate, Wills and New Jersey Workers Compensation.
Frank has been a civil litigator since 1987. From 1996-2000, Frank was the head of the legal department for the New Jersey School Boards Association Insurance Group where Frank handled general liability and workers compensation claims for over 100 school boards throughout the State of New Jersey.
As a trial attorney for over 35 years, Frank has litigated hundreds of cases in Federal, State and Workers Compensation Courts. He has successfully represented clients from the inception of the case through the final resolution with favorable outcomes.
Frank serves as an Arbitrator for the Burlington County Superior Court.
Frank is a graduate of USC-Coastal Carolina College and earned his J.D. from Western Michigan University-Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Frank has lectured at seminars for clients in the areas of insurance coverage and general liability.
