Based in the Atlantic City office, Richard DeLucry, Of Counsel to the firm, concentrates his practice on land use and regulatory law. Rick represents developers including telecommunications providers in matters involving land use and other governmental approvals, redevelopment and related litigations.
Practice Highlights
He has guided clients through a full range of zoning and regulatory approvals for large scale commercial and residential projects, including the Quarter at Tropicana, the Pier Shops at Caesars and the Absecon Gardens Condominiums. He regularly appears before planning and zoning boards throughout the state for a wide range of project types.
Rick previously served as an Assistant City Solicitor in Atlantic City, advising the City’s Planning, Tax and Code Enforcement departments, and representing the City as defense counsel in a variety of litigations. He has also served as counsel to the Atlantic County Improvement Authority, and since 2011 has been a member of City Council in his hometown of Brigantine.
Education
Rick graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Journalism. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law. He is a member of the New Jersey State and Atlantic County Bar Associations.
