Victor P. Wasilauskas, III is a Partner in the firm’s Casino & Hospitality Defense Litigation and Employment Law practice groups, primarily serving client companies in the casino industry.
A large portion of his work concentrates in the defense of premises liability, negligent security, liquor liability, and other personal injury claims.
Experience
Victor routinely appears in State and Federal Courts throughout New Jersey.
He has successfully litigated hundreds of matters to conclusion by way of motion, voluntary dismissal, trial and/or settlement, consistently achieving favorable outcomes and results for his clients.
As part of the litigation process, Victor has conducted and/or participated in innumerable depositions, arbitrations, mediations, motion/court hearings, and court conferences.
He also possesses extensive prior experience in medical malpractice defense litigation, civil rights defense litigation, municipal court matters, and small claims matters for multiple clients.
Prior to entering private practice, Victor served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable William C. Todd, III, who was the Presiding Judge of the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage.
He is admitted to the Bar in the State of New Jersey (2000) and in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (2000).
