Kathleen A. Richard

In her capacity as Controller since 1990, Kathleen Richard oversees and directs the day-to-day activities of the entire accounting staff, and is responsible for financial analysis, annual budgets and quarterly estimates, cash flow forecasting, and the issuing and updating of management reports for all of firm’ s offices.
In addition to her Controller responsibilities, Kathleen also manages the Human Resources Administration for the firm to include payroll, benefits administration, support services, workflow control of office administration, new employee orientation, and employee conflict mediation. She is also responsible for the administration of the Cooper Levenson Wellness Program, a company-wide program to encourage healthy lifestyles among the Cooper Levenson staff.
She is a member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.
