Ross O’Neill, Esq. Joins Cooper Levenson

Attorney Ross O’Neill has joined the Casino and Hospitality Industry Defense Litigation Practice Group at Cooper Levenson. O’Neill will work in the firm’s Atlantic City office. His experience includes matters involving premises liability, employment discrimination, general commercial liability, bad faith claims, and other employment related issues.

O’Neill was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Linda Carpenter, where he drafted motions for summary judgment relating to employer liability for acts of independent contractors, personal injuries, and contract breaches. Additionally, O’Neill served as a Legal Intern in a corporate law department and in the Cape May County, N.J. Prosecutor’s Office.

O’Neill graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University, S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a B.S. in Public Relations. Ross earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2015. During his years at the Villanova University School of Law, Ross served as Special Projects Editor for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. O’Neill is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
