Rutgers Asian-pacific Law Students Honor Roger Lai Feb. 13th in Philadelphia

Cooper Levenson Attorney Roger Lai was honored for outstanding achievements and distinguished service to the New Jersey Asian Pacific American community at the 15th Annual Lunar Banquet, Friday, February 13, 2015, at Ocean Harbor Restaurant, 1023 Race Street, Philadelphia, Pa. The banquet is a program of the Rutgers-Camden Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association, and is held in celebration of the Lunar New Year.

Honoree Roger Lai is an attorney in Cooper Levenson’s Atlantic City, N.J. office. Lai was installed as the 83rd president of the Burlington County Bar Association in June 2014; members of the Asian Pacific American Lawyer Association were in attendance as he was sworn in as the first Asian American to serve in this role.

Lai works with the Defense Litigation Practice Group and handles complex civil litigation of all types. Lai has tried multiple cases to verdict and was named a “Rising Star in Business Litigation” by the New Jersey Law & Politics Magazine from 2010 – 2013.
