Delia A. Clark is Of Counsel at Cooper Levenson. She is based in the firm’s Cherry Hill, N.J. office. Delia’s practice will be primarily with the Bankruptcy Practice Group.
Delia is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, District of Columbia, District of Delaware, District of New Jersey, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Delia graduated from the Widener University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Ohio State University.
Delia’s background includes significant experience in the defense of trucking companies and their insurers, casualty and premises liability, and workers’ compensation matters.
Delia was a Division I scholar-athlete at Ohio State and played goalie in field hockey.
