Samantha T. Edgell is based in the firm’s Atlantic City office and is a member of the firm’s Research and Appellate Law practice group.

Samantha earned her J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in international business, from American University – Kogod School of Business, and her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the American University – School of International Service.

Samantha is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Practice Highlights:

Samantha served as an appellate law clerk to the Honorable Richard J. Geiger, where she worked on criminal, civil, and family court appeals in the New Jersey Judiciary, Appellate Division from the summer of 2021 through the summer of 2022.

Samantha was a summer associate and law clerk at Cooper Levenson in 2020 and 2021. She was also a law clerk at a Philadelphia insurance defense firm.

Samantha served as a legal intern at the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.

In addition, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Nancy L. Ridgway, New Jersey State Judiciary, Cape May. Samantha was also a legislative intern to Congressman Frank A. LoBiondo in Washington, D.C.
