Willis F. Flower is Of Counsel with our Commercial Litigation practice.

With more than five decades of legal experience, Willis is a seasoned litigator, arbitrator and mediator who represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes and a broad range of real estate and business matters. His practice spans Chancery litigation, complex commercial disputes, land use and real estate, as well as related transactional matters.

Willis has extensive experience representing clients in disputes involving partnerships and shareholders, estates and trusts, eminent domain, real estate title and ownership, consumer fraud, construction, and breach of contract. He also has experience assisting clients with the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate, land use approvals, contract preparation, wills, trusts and other legal instruments.

In addition to his litigation practice, Willis counsels clients on the legal issues that arise in the day-to-day operation of their businesses. His broad experience allows him to approach disputes with an understanding of both the immediate legal issues and the underlying business interests at stake.

Willis is also an experienced arbitrator and mediator and has served in connection with New Jersey’s Mandatory Non-Binding Arbitration Program. He has been actively involved in the legal community throughout his career, including leadership with the Atlantic County Bar Association, where he served as President and remains a longtime member.
