An active member of his local community, Bill serves on the board of directors to the Seashore Gardens Living Center, a non-profit residence for the aged.

His community involvement has also included the Greater Atlantic City Jaycees and serving as past editor of The Docket, the official publication of the Atlantic County Bar Association.
