Francis J. Rizzo, Jr., who also goes by “CJ”, based in the firm’s Atlantic City office and is a member of the firm’s Casino Defense and Employment Law Practice Groups.

CJ earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in South Carolina. He completed his B.A. in Political Science at Moravian University in Bethlehem, PA.

CJ is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.

Practice Highlights:

CJ comes to the firm from a Judicial Clerkship to the Hon. Jean S. Chetney, J.S.C. in the Salem County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part.

CJ completed an internship with the Hon. Michael J. Silvanio, J.S.C. in the Cumberland County Superior Court, Criminal Part. He served as a Law Clerk at a Pitman, NJ firm where he worked primarily on employment law matters. CJ also served as a volunteer in the Charleston County Probate Court and the Charleston Area Urban League.

CJ also has experience working for the New York Yankees, Single-A-Affiliate, Charleston RiverDogs, and the Philadelphia Flyers.
