Konstantina Smith (Tina) joined the Firm in 2023 as Director of Human Resources, where she provides leadership and oversight of the Firm’s Human Resources operations.  In this role, she is responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment, new hire onboarding, employee relations and conflict resolution, benefits and leave of absence administration, performance management, policy implementation, compliance with employment regulations. She also oversees staff workflow, employee engagement and events, and the administration of Cooper Levenson’s Wellness Program, a company-wide program designed to promote healthy lifestyles among Cooper Levenson employees. In addition to her HR responsibilities, Tina manages the coordination of office maintenance, renovations, office moves, and other workplace facilities projects.

Following graduation from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, Tina began her Human Resources career in Atlantic City’s casino and hospitality industry. Over the course of more than 20 years, she developed extensive experience in workforce management, organizational development, employee relations, and talent strategy and development.

Prior to beginning her professional career, she gained valuable work experience at a young age, beginning at Ocean One on the Atlantic City Boardwalk at age 14. While attending college, Tina balanced her academic studies with a full-time position in retail operations, further developing her customer service, management, and leadership skills.

A lifelong resident of Atlantic County, Tina was born and raised in Atlantic City and Ventnor. She is fluent in Greek and remains actively engaged in the local Human Resources community through her membership in the Southern Shore New Jersey Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
