As Chairperson of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group, Kenneth J. Sylvester brings more than four decades of courtroom experience, most of which is in workers’ compensation.

A graduate of Rutgers University (B.A.) and Temple University School of Law (J.D.), Ken is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey.

He is admitted to practice in the Superior Court of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United State Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
