Nicole Talvacchia is an associate in Cooper Levenson’s Business and Tax Law Practice Groups. She represents businesses and individuals in business transactions and tax matters.

Nicole earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she served as a Staff Editor of the Rutgers Business Law Review and as Treasurer of the Family Law Society. She received her B.A. in Linguistics from Haverford College and participated in Middlebury College’s intensive summer language program, where she studied Korean. Nicole is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.

Before joining Cooper Levenson as an associate, Nicole served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable M. Susan Sheppard, A.J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She previously worked as a Summer Associate at Cooper Levenson and clerked for the Honorable Ann Marie Donio, U.S.M.J., in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, where she researched a broad range of legal issues and prepared legal memoranda for the Court.
