Whether it's providing tax advice on entity formation or drafting a complex estate plan, Arthur Korth brings the experience and detailed mindset that puts clients at ease. Joining Cooper Levenson in 1988, Art has been a valued member of the Business, Tax and Estate Practice Group.
Art works with clients on a variety of business and individual planning and tax matters to meet their business and personal goals. He drafts every variety of business-related document including certificates of incorporation and formation, Bylaws, trust agreements, membership agreements, shareholders agreements, applications for tax exemption, and resolutions of all kinds. For individuals, he creates estate plans, wills and trusts, handles tax controversies, deals with elder planning issues and handles estate and trust administration.
Art regularly works with his client's other tax professionals in solving complex tax issues. Most recently, he served as an expert in the law of taxation and estate administration in a contested estate matters.
A graduate of Princeton University (A.B.), Rutgers University School of Law - Camden (J.D.) and New York University (LL.M. in Taxation), Art is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court.
