David W. Evoy is Of Counsel to the firm and an attorney in Cooper Levenson's Estate Planning and Administration and Probate Litigation practice groups.
David is based in Cooper Levenson’s Fort Lauderdale office. David’s primary concentration is in the areas of estate planning, complex trust and estate administration, probate litigation matters, and probate administration.
David’s background also includes extensive work guiding claims management and employers in the areas of workers' compensation and employment law and litigation. In addition, David has significant experience in civil litigation defense, premises liability, automobile negligence, personal injury protection (PIP), property damage, insurance defense and workers' compensation in a multi-county practice in Circuit, County and Administrative Courts. His litigation experience included workers' compensation, subrogation claims, automobile negligence, property damage, premises liability and general liability. Additional experience includes the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, insurance defense, regulatory compliance, and subrogation.
During his years in law school, David was a Member of the Moot Court Society and the Notre Dame Summer Law Program in London, England.
