Erika-Leigh Kelley practices in the Commercial Litigation Group of Cooper Levenson on a wide array of matters including business, real property and franchise disputes. The special emphasis of Erika's practice is on probate matters, including trust administration disputes, guardianship work and will contests. Erika joined the firm in 2001.
Recognized by her peers as an outstanding attorney, Erika was named as a New Jersey Rising Star Super Lawyer in 2014. Erika has been the presenter at CLE seminars covering Guardianship Law as well as contested probate matters.
A graduate of Ursinus College and Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, Erika is an Atlantic County native, but a Cape May County transplant of ten years. She served as an intern to the Honorable Mary Eva Cololillo, Camden County Superior Court while attending law school and later served as a law clerk to the Honorable George L. Seltzer, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division - Atlantic and Cape May counties.
Erika was admitted to the bar in New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey in 2000.
