A practitioner for more than four decades, Ronald Wagenheim is a partner in the firm's Tax & Business Law practice group. He joined Cooper Levenson in 1973.
Ron devotes his practice exclusively to federal and New Jersey state civil and criminal tax litigation, estate planning and administration, corporate and individual income tax planning and the specialty area of offshore financial accounts.
He is a former Senior Trial Attorney in the Chief Counsel's Office of the Internal Revenue Service. In this role, he tried in excess of twenty cases in the United States Tax Court.
Ron is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania (B.S. 1965), the University of Miami (J.D. 1968), and New York University Law School (LL.M. in Taxation, 1970). He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1969, and also to the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court.
