Atlantic City, NJ – May 14, 2026 – Cooper Levenson is pleased to announce that Victor P. Wasilauskas III has been named chair of the firm’s Casino & Hospitality Industry Defense Litigation Practice. A partner based in Cooper Levenson’s Atlantic City office, Wasilauskas has built his practice representing casino and hospitality businesses in complex, high-exposure litigation, with a particular focus on protecting clients whose operations demand around-the-clock risk management and rapid, strategic response.
As chair, Wasilauskas will oversee the continued growth and strategic direction of one of the firm’s longest-standing industry-focused practices, leading a team that has represented casino and hospitality clients since the inception of legalized gaming in Atlantic City. He will continue to serve as lead counsel in matters involving premises liability, negligent security, liquor liability, and other significant personal injury claims, while advising clients on litigation strategy, operational risk, and claim prevention. He will also continue as a member of the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group.

Wasilauskas earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Government/Pre-Law from Liberty University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
