Cherry Hill, NJ – Apr. 28, 2026 – Cooper Levenson is pleased to announce that Andrew Rothstein has joined the firm as an associate in its Casino Defense Litigation Department where he will focus his practice on representing casino and hospitality industry clients in complex civil litigation matters.
Rothstein brings extensive litigation experience spanning more than a decade, with a practice background that includes first-party property defense, civil litigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy-related matters, consumer law, and probate litigation. Prior to joining Cooper Levenson, he represented clients in high-volume litigation settings throughout Florida, handling mediations, arbitrations, hearings, motion practice, and trial preparation.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida. Rothstein is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Florida, and New York.
