Andrew Rothstein focuses his practice on representing casino and hospitality industry clients in complex civil litigation matters.

Andrew brings extensive litigation experience spanning more than a decade, with a practice background that includes first-party property defense, civil litigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy-related matters, consumer law, and probate litigation. Prior to joining Cooper Levenson, he represented clients in high-volume litigation settings throughout Florida, handling mediations, arbitrations, hearings, motion practice, and trial preparation.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida. Andrew is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Florida, and New York.
