This department handles all forms of general, commercial, and corporate litigation including adversarial proceedings in bankruptcy and local property tax matters. The range of matters handled runs the gamut from simple, single issues to complex, multi-party, multi-jurisdictional, multimillion dollar litigation.
The department, on matters involving complex issues, believes in a multi-lawyer interdisciplinary approach. Additionally, almost all the lawyers in Commercial Litigation “cut their teeth” as transactional lawyers.
