Warren Stilwell, a Partner in Cooper Levenson’s Land Use Practice Group, concentrates his practice on land use and zoning matters, with a particular focus on issues involving wireless telecommunications and other development applications. He also advises clients on regulatory matters relating to the New Jersey Pinelands Commission.
In addition, Warren serves as Solicitor to the Zoning Boards of Adjustment for both Hamilton Township and Weymouth Township. He is based in the firm’s Atlantic City office.
Well respected in the field of wireless telecommunications law, Warren has argued in over 600 matters before Zoning and Planning Boards in more than 400 municipalities in the State of New Jersey.
He has argued appeals before the Superior and Appellate Courts and participated in Supreme Court matters. Warren was instrumental in the establishment of the Pinelands Regulations governing the Wireless Telephone industry.
Warren has participated in the representation of wireless carriers with respect to almost every wireless plan and amendment that has been adopted by the Pinelands Commission.
He has handled all facets of leasing wireless telecommunication sites from both the Lessor and Lessee aspects.
He represents the zoning boards of Hamiton and Weymouth Townships.
He handles land use applications for homeowners and busines before Planning and Zoning Boards.
