Based in the Atlantic City office, Richard DeLucry, Of Counsel to the firm, concentrates his practice on land use, real estate and regulatory law.
Rick represents developers and businesses in matters involving land use and other governmental approvals, real estate transactions, redevelopment and related litigations.
Rick graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Journalism. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law.
Rick is licensed to practice in New Jersey.
Rick has guided clients through a full range of zoning and regulatory approvals for large scale commercial and residential projects, including the Quarter at Tropicana, the Pier Shops at Caesars and the Absecon Gardens Condominiums.
He previously served as an Assistant City Solicitor in Atlantic City, advising the City’s Planning, Tax and Code Enforcement departments, and representing the City as defense counsel in a variety of litigations.
He has also served as counsel to the Atlantic County Improvement Authority, and has advised numerous governmental bodies and agencies in a full range of matters.
Since 2011, Rick has been a member of City Council in his hometown of Brigantine.
Rick is a member of the New Jersey State and Atlantic County Bar Associations.
