David W. Evoy is Of Counsel to the firm and an attorney in Cooper Levenson’s Estate Planning and Administration and Probate Litigation practice groups.
David is based in Cooper Levenson’s Fort Lauderdale office. His primary concentration is in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate litigation, probate administration, complex trust administration, Will contests, undue influence and guardianship in Florida and New Jersey.
Licensed in Florida and New Jersey, David offers guidance and assistance to clients who split their time between the two states, a common practice for those who enjoy temperate weather year-round.
David graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. He earned his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami Hecklerling Graduate Program. During his years in law school, David was a Member of the Moot Court Society and the Notre Dame Summer Law Program in London, England.
