Brian B. Carnecchia is a partner in the firm. He limits his practice exclusively to the representation of insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators within the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act. Mr. Carnecchia is experienced in representing clients in a wide variety of industries, including trucking and transportation, temporary placement and staffing, health care, retail food service, manufacturing, distribution and corrections/prison administration.
Mr Carnecchia earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
Mr. Carnecchia is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Carnecchia handles all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation planning, trial attendance, preparation and presentation of expert witnesses, and appellate representation. He counsels clients in case valuation and exposure analysis, and regularly attends mediations throughout eastern Pennsylvania on their behalf. He also counsels clients outside of litigation to ensure legal compliance under Pennsylvania law.

Mr. Carnecchia has served as Chairman of the Legal and Legislative Committee for the Society for Human Resource Management’s Central Pennsylvania Chapter (HRP of Central PA), where he also served on its Board of Directors.
Mr. Carnecchia has published articles in the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Quarterly Law Journal, the Pennsylvania Self-Insured Employer Association’s newsletter, and Workers’ Compensation Judge Torrey’s Annual Bar Section newsletter.
Mr. Carnecchia has lectured before industry groups and peer members of the Pennsylvania Bar. He has also conducted seminars for continuing legal education credit for the Lancaster County Bar Association, and has prepared course materials for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s bi-annual Tough Problems in Workers’ Compensation program.
