Kathleen is a seasoned attorney with a background in complex commercial litigation, trademark and appellate law as well as corporate law, real estate, and personal injury law. Kathleen has represented clients before the United State Supreme Court, federal courts of appeals, state appellate and supreme courts, presenting oral arguments and preparing briefs and/or petitions for writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court, Third Circuit, New Jersey Appellate and Supreme Courts.

Kathleen earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business from Rutgers University and her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University Law School – Camden. Kathleen is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the New Jersey Federal District Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Kathleen is a Certified Foreclosure Mediator and is designated as an arbitrator in Atlantic, Cumberland, and Gloucester counties. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
