Jerry S. Busby, a partner in the firm, is based in the Las Vegas office. He has been practicing for forty years and concentrates his practice in civil litigation matters in State and Federal Court. Jerry has successfully tried numerous jury trials to verdict.

The majority of his litigation experience has been in the field of general defense of civil personal injury cases. He specializes in defending premises liability cases, which includes cases arising out of falls, inadequate security, sale of defective products, pharmacy errors, wrongful arrest and all types of incidents resulting in personal injury.

Jerry graduated with Honors from Brigham Young University receiving a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He graduated with his Juris Doctorate degree from Arizona State University.

Jerry is a member of the Nevada State Bar and the Arizona State Bar (inactive status), and is currently licensed to practice in all Courts, State and Federal, in the State of Nevada.
