Mark Schwartz is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Tax & Business, and Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice groups.
Mark joined Cooper Levenson in 2004 as a Partner in the firm’s Atlantic City office.
He is extremely well-versed in the area of complex commercial transactions, real estate, bankruptcy, banking, contract negotiation and drafting, general corporate and commercial litigation, tax and estate planning, and mediation.
Mark is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany (B.S., magna cum laude), Rutgers University School of Law (J.D., cum laude), and New York University (LL.M., Taxation)
Mark is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and U.S. Tax Court.
Mark has served as Solicitor to the 1st Savings & Loan Association of Sea Isle City, the Galloway Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, the Atlantic Home Builders Association, the Atlantic County Press Club, and the Trocki Hebrew Academy of Atlantic County.
Mark was named one of the 2015 “Best Attorneys in Business” by South Jersey Biz Magazine in Contract Law and Negotiation.*
