Erika-Leigh Kelley is a Partner at Cooper Levenson and a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She handles a broad range of matters, including business, real property, and franchise disputes.
Erika has a special emphasis in probate matters, representing clients in trust administration disputes, guardianships, and will contests. She also brings experience serving as Solicitor to the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce.
While attending law school, Erika interned for the Honorable Mary Eva Cololillo in the Camden County Superior Court and later served as a law clerk to the Honorable George L. Seltzer, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division for Atlantic and Cape May counties.
An Atlantic County native, Erika has called Cape May County home for the past ten years.
