Attorney Kristen Rozario focuses her practice on family law and litigation matters. She brings a strong foundation in client advocacy, motion practice, and case management, with experience guiding matters from intake through resolution.
Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University, where she participated in the pre-law program and was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List for multiple semesters. She received her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was awarded a merit-based scholarship each year and was actively involved in the Asian Law Student Society and the First-Generation Law Student Society.
Before becoming an associate attorney, Kristen gained extensive experience at Cordell & Cordell while remaining a full-time student, progressing from legal file clerk to law clerk upon her admission into law school, and ultimately associate attorney. In that role, she managed an active caseload, conducted client consultations, drafted pleadings and motions, and appeared in court for motions, mediations, and negotiations across multiple counties. She has successfully handled matters involving complex and emerging legal issues, resolving many cases through strategic negotiation and settlement.
Known for her collaborative approach and strong organizational skills, Kristen works closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure efficient case management and effective client communication. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
