Victor P. Wasilauskas, III is a Partner in Cooper Levenson’s Casino & Hospitality Defense Litigation and Employment Law Practice Groups, focusing primarily on clients in the casino industry.
He has significant experience defending premises liability, negligent security, liquor liability, and other personal injury claims, providing strategic guidance to minimize risk and protect client interests in high-stakes matters.
Victor regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and has successfully litigated hundreds of matters to resolution through motion practice, voluntary dismissal, trial, and settlement, consistently achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
Throughout the litigation process, he has conducted and participated in numerous depositions, arbitrations, mediations, motion and court hearings, and court conferences. Victor also has extensive experience in medical malpractice defense, civil rights defense, municipal court matters, and small claims litigation for a variety of clients.
Before entering private practice, Victor served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William C. Todd, III, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage, gaining invaluable insight into court operations and civil litigation.
